Tee Time Locator is operated by Rock Steady Systems. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Tee Time Locator shows tee-time availability published by golf courses and links you to the course's own booking page. We are not the seller. We do not take bookings, hold reservations, take payment, or act as an agent for any course.

Your booking is a contract between you and the course, on the course's terms, at the course's price. Cancellations, refunds, no-show policies, weather calls and pace-of-play rules are all theirs, not ours.

Tee sheets change constantly. We read what a course publishes and show it as faithfully as we can, but a time can be taken, repriced, or pulled between our reading it and your clicking it. Treat what you see here as a strong lead, not a guarantee, and confirm on the course's page before you count on it.

Weather information is a public forecast. Forecasts are wrong sometimes; that is the nature of forecasts, and not something we can be held to.

• Do not scrape, resell, or rebroadcast our results as your own product.
• Do not use it to hoard or resell tee times, or to book on behalf of people who did not ask you to.
• Only add someone as a saved player, or invite them to a round, if they expect to hear from you. Do not use our invitations to send unwanted mail.
• Do not attack, overload, or try to break the service or the courses we read from.

We can suspend access that is doing any of the above.

Round names, notes, saved players and similar things you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running the round you created, including showing them to the people you invited.

Searching for tee times and booking direct at a course are free. If a paid tier is offered, what it costs and what it includes will be stated plainly at the point you are asked to pay, and searching will stay free regardless.

The product changes often. Features can be added, altered or withdrawn, and these terms can be updated — the date at the top of this page will change when they are.

Tee Time Locator is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing will be correct or available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rock Steady Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — including a tee time that was gone by the time you got there, a round that did not happen, or a course's own decisions about your booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
